What makes an agency a good one to you guys out there. Are there things in particular you look for when visiting one or could you care less if it's really classy or exotic as long as the girls are decent? Just looking for some feedback, any is appreciated, thanks guys.

Location should be discrete, safe & secure, have parking available, and be clean & well kept with reasonable furnishings in the rooms. Also a clean & functional bathroom with fresh towels, soap, etc.
If the surroundings are decorated in a classy or exotic fashion, even better. But this should be only considered once the initial criteria are satisfied.

Thank you for the feedback,, and I totally agree! As far as a discreet location, do men feel more comfortable in a high rise where there is a lot of traffic in and out hence less noticeable? Just a thought.
Another prime criteria is the girls and the service. The girls should be attractive but their attitude is even more important. If they don't enjoy what they do then they should at least be good actresses. Nothing ruins a session faster than girl who just lies there. I also expect honesty. When I call and to get a description that description should be accurate. In return for all of that I promise to be respectful, ontime and fun. I don't mind paying but I expect good service for my money.
There's all kinds of factors and each of us probably have our own priorities. I look for honesty in the description of the ladies over the telephone, privacy and the ability to arrive and leave the location with discretion, cleanliness of the operation once inside, consistency of the service and pricing offered by the ladies. Appropriate decor, music and lighting all add to the overall experience. I enjoy Eden's hot4summer... although the bathroom can be a little cluttered at times. Ideally I would like a little more privacy when entering your operation because when the front door opens... everyone is sitting on the couch staring at you. Maybe a divider would be beneficial. Overall I enjoy Eden's... and especially Mercedes. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely set-up. The big pillows drive me crazy... but it must be a guy thing I guess! Although I must admit the pillows do look amazing when Mercedes's fabulous little rear end is propped up underneath one of them...
lmao, that's too cute! I agree with you about the bathroom, they make us put all of our stuff in there and believe me with a few girls it can get cluttered. As far as the pillows go maybe we can just keep some set aside for Mercedes's rear end lol.

BTW, I like Roommates' new Yahoo albums. Even as I trust Sara's professionalism with her selections and descriptions, a "picture" paints a thousand words (or is that 3 mega pixels?).
Of course, as in anything else, that's only one part of the equation. For me, the agency girls must provide quality services and full-time for the hour(s) booked with undivided attention to the client.
