Montreal pressed as well as you could in third period down two goals. What a period by Thomas.
With the teams really competing, it makes the series interesting.

I have a feeling whichever team wins Game #4 will win the series...

Yes, if Boston wins, then they return home tied up, with home ice advantage, and with all the momentum in the series. If Montreal wins, they have the Bruins where they want them and only need one more win for the series.

Last night, especially the third period, was very entertaining hockey. Thomas came up big. Thursday will be very interesting.

If Boston had Kessel, they would be up 2-1 or 3-0, but Burke stole him.

First two games, Bruins had no life, no game. Price was getting the job done. Some good saves, but also some shots right at him.
The two games in Montreal ? Now that is the Price I have come to know in the NHL. Game three he gave to the Bruins for the winning goal. Another weak goal later, I forget which one. Maybe the tying goal. Tonight with the score 1-0 Montreal, he let the puck blow passed him untouched. There was no deflection, no screen. Just the net, Price and Ryder with the puck. SLAP ! Right passed Price.

Where was Subban going ?

NHL hockey is a very physical sport. Everything else being equaled, the bigger and more physical team will have the edge. Something that the loser smaller teams such as Canadiens and Sabres should take to heart.

Price was good, but there is always one of those goals that gets by him.
First goal he was screened, third goal was a scramble in front of the net, cannot really blame him there. The game winning, series winning goal was tipped.
The second goal of the game to put Boston up 2-0 was a shot from the point that just beat him. No screen, no tip, it just blew passed him.
