Just wondered if you were stuck in Houston for 6-7 hours during the day if there is anything worth leaving the airport for? Most baseball games I think are played at night due to the heat.

Can't believe I booked this flight?

Rick's Cabaret Houston - just google it. When I was there (quite a few years ago) they had a museum to all the girls from the club that had been in Playboy and Penthouse. Great spot. Serves pretty good food as well.

Double check that. Houstons Minute Maid Park has a retractable roof, so day games can be played in air conditioned comfort, mostly due not to the heat but the humidity.

Google Houstons visitors burea, and Im sure there'll be something interesting. My parents have been to Johnson Space Centre, and my dad loved it.

It has been a few years but St James cabaret on Rankin road was always fun. Not far from I ah.

Galveston is not too far away. But too far for a few hours at the airport I suppose. But a great place to visit if you had more like a day...or even 12 -14 hours.

Checked out Houston Space Centre, can get online ticket for $15, to get there return ticket with Supershuttle from 11:30-3:55 would cost $101. So I think I'll try the local scene at the airport.
