Sorry just need to vent. The SC helped alot.

I am working with someone in their 20's.
Kissing ass and BJ's, is all he does tries to avoid work, I think my boss is Gay now, wants to be a purchaser with no highschool diploma and we are not doing well. We need real talented people or skilled and the fartards ( managers) won't get one.

Above Edited

What is the young generation called now?
I remember Generation Y and X.

Is it ME : Deserved this; I dont' care, don't talk to me.

Amazing how many people wear headphones to avoid people.

I am going back to the SC. And I am going to look for an older woman instead of the 20's walking around with her cell phone.

Just venting.

The above edited for those people living in a cave for the past 30 years.

Generation Screwed according to some articles I've read. Probably a perfect fit.

Michael Jordan said it best in an interview... though he was talking about basketball players, it still rings true.

Back in the day, players had to put up the big numbers and get results to get paid. Today they are paid big money based on potential, signing the big contracts before they ever lift a finger for their team/employer.

Yeah that was pretty much incoherent
If you're going to make sweeping generalizations about a generation of people, please try and make it logical

I want this and I want that and I can get it all on my I-Phone or my I-Pad.

i like that...Genration "I"....the teens nowadays are obessed with themselves...all of them think they can become rich by being douchebags( watch an episode of Jersey Shore)
Wow, speaking of Jersey Shore, not that they've done the home town, they're moving to Italy for next year. Should fit in well there.

Don't care about Gen X. Don't care for Gen Y. Never heard of Gen Z, D, F or I, for that matter.

But here's who really drives me crazy: Gen L

Crazy with desire, that is.

You write like this and can criticized someone elses skills? I think they are either called Gen Y or Echo boomers still. We are still on that gen.

Out being curious
My best friend has two siblings in what we would call the "now" generation...and after spending a considerable few years with them...

Generation "random" suits them best.....Neither boy or girl sibling's attention can be held for more than 2 mins unless a video game or "hunk" is involved, and they come up with random left field stuff that makes u wonder what schools are really doing these days....

I'm a fresh grad student (2010) and they (14 and 16 yrs old) are so randomly strange that you can't help but feel sorry for them...

I don't think 20 year olds have the corner on that market. Plenty of people in their teens, 30's 40's 50's 60's have shown that kissing ass can count for more than actual skills in the workplace. That's the world we live in.
