What is the best way to get hard again after 1st SOG ?

A few variables;
1. The company will obviously be the main factor. If you click/connect with the other person, your hormone levels will be a lot higher. This is one of those things where I think everyone is different. When I was in my teens, I could cum. And stay hard…today, not so much.

That is part of it. Sometimes I have to utilize Kegel excercise, sometimes I don’t. Just depends. On magnestism/chemistry, when I did the blind date with Amari-Lee Kegel excerises were needed. Numerous other SPs not at all.
