If you're young - on average I'd say below 50 - you should be able to bounce back fairly quickly in about 10minutes. As you get older - over 55-60 - depending on any medical problems/medications you take, recovery takes longer. What I've found is when an hr was good enough to double down, now takes me closer to 1.5hrs. Sadly, that's the unfortunate part of getting older.

I’m in my late 50’s now and things do change with age.

With the right encouragement from the lady involved I can bounce back pretty quickly but not always, and an hour may not do it for MSOG. I do find that it’s not about contact with my dick, but gentle teasing on other parts of my body and a conversation that gradually gets a bit spicy.

My rule of thumb is one hour per shot, and two ATF’s have never failed to get me to 3 in 3. But the right company is key to that kind of success.

Don’t not have sex of masturbate a few days before your meeting. Get to bed early and no boozing in the run up. I take alpha lipoid acid tablets for a few days in advance. They act as a vasodilator and help keep things going.

I find it difficult to get two shots off in an hr especially if my first release is really big so I typically book 2hr sessions or longer if i am looking to cum multiple times. Sadly some sp's only book hour sessions or shorter which I don't understand at all. Try not to masterbate 1-2 days before seeing an sp so you have more of a build up. A lot of it is a mental game when you expect yourself to get off multiple shots in an hr. The more time you have the less stressful it is. Sadly with age and from personal experience it's hard to get another erection after you already had a big release.

Book 30 or 45 minutes and just do 1 shot.
I started doing 45 minutes as I don't like to rush, 2 shots for me in the hour is unlikely. The 45 minute option is great because 1 hour can be too long if first shot is done in 20.

I find that the easiest and fastest way to go about it is to start making out. Great DFK and gentle caressing, from both, gets my engine going again.

Ejaculation and orgasm are two different things. You don't need to produce jizz to enjoy an orgasm. I'm over 60 and if I go for a HJ, I can remain hard and have the MPA make me orgasm a second time about a minute after the first one. If her technique isn't great, I'll rub the second one out while she watches. But there ain't much jizz left on the second one. I can still do two SOGs in a row, bareback with my wife. For me more foreplay, making out and don’t rush I can quite easily get ready again.
However, the last several years I often have found that the second SOG is a bit of a letdown, compared to the first. The older I get, SOG#1 is a lot more powerful, and more than satisfying enough. So even in 1hr + appointments, I prefer to take my time for the first and make it a really good one, then use the remainder of the time to relax, cuddle, massage etc. I’m not measuring the success / quality of my sessions on the number of orgasms.

I expect you have great pelvic floor muscles (see Kegel exercises) and edging control that allow you to do this. This is discussed in the book "How to Make Love All Night" by Barbara Keesling.
