"Live your life so that the fear of death can never enter your heart...Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and in the service of your people...

Always give a word or a sign of salute when meeting or passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all people and grovel to none. When you arise in the morning give thanks for the food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason for giving thanks, the fault lies only in yourself...

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose lives are filled with the fear of death, so that when time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home."

Living life and realizing that it is a gift. I think Tecumseh said it best :)

On the road with Willy
It is different for everyone. I have the bank account so that I never have to work again, 3 kids in different parts of the world that are doing very well, large home, nice cars. Plenty of Boom Boom with the ladies, friends, go out frequently, travel, have a garden to putter in and probably too many toys for a 50s something kid. I didn't intend that as bragging but a prelude to, "I still haven't found what truly makes me happy. I've found many things to distract me but not really satisfy that nagging something."
I'm guessing you're just approaching 30 so I have a quarter century start on you and I still haven't figured it out.
When you do find what satisfies you, give me a call and I'll congratulate you. You've been more successful than I.

My definition of "success" at my current age is much different than what I thought at age 25.

I've learned that good friends are invaluable, and I am blessed with many. I've learned that true happiness is to love, and be loved.

I've accomplished what I wanted professionally. I continue to look for new challenges, and to use my skills to help others. That is my new success.
