OMG you are truly unbelievable. On page one you said this:

And now you have the audacity to say above NO one should be compensated. WTH is wrong with you and why do you keep changing your story to stir up shit?

Also, your little weird cost analysis was based on $2k/month. I said my lease costs are FIVE times that. You came back with $20,000/month. HUH? Check your grade 2 math.

And as far as your comment about girls laying on their backs 24/7, well that's just despicable but I wouldn't expect more from you. I don't think you like women all that much.

Vanessa
go back and read: I specifically said "I'd give you the benefit of the doubt and double it to $4000.00 a month"......Go back and check YOUR math, 5 times $4000.00 is $20,000.00.

And yes, I said no one should be compensated unless you compensate everyone. I guess that would be asking too much for you not to misquote me?

And you don't like people who challenge you and your inane comments......

So, to use YOUR grade 2 math: your lease is $10,000.00 a month. You could still have 3 to 4 rooms at the harbour castle or HALF of one floor at Concord Adex. And you COULD have a 10,000 sq ft loft.

So, your direct lease costs per session is $13.00. whoa, BFD. You going to harp over $13.00? I guess you ARE...lol.....

BTW, I suggest you look at your lease and renegotiate. You can get a MUCH better place for a LOT less money........

For the record I say that a driver should be compensated for his time because HE did his job which was driving the lady to and from her appointment and really, the profit margin on driving is pretty slim. Plus he has no control or responsibility over who gets booked with whom, whether she is hot or not, good or not.

BTW: am I the only one to find it fricken HILARIOUS that this agency owner is arguing over whether or not a cancellation fee should be charged when she openly admitted that she DOESN'T charge a cancellation fee?

Man, and they say I like to argue lol......

The SP lost $250 as she could have booked someone else

When I had a business I would charge the full amount for missed appointments and take them to court if they never paid

and how many suits did you win? The ONLY way you could win is if: You plainly pointed out in open advertising that missed appointments would incur a full cancellation fee. Telling someone after the fact is NOT full disclosure.

Out of curiosity, what business were you in?

The sp's "possible" loss is ony a portion of that $250.00.

You cannot sue and win for possibles, the ONLY way you could win is if you could prove a loss in this case, a second booking for the same date, time and duration. Now proof of that would have to include name, address, phone number, specific dates and times, and please don't even TRY and tell me anyone would stand up in court and say "yes your honor, I wanted to book an hour with this escort at an incall location on the same date and time".....Baliff? get the cuffs....LOL (since incalls are currently illegal).

Good luck with that.......

This is addressed to all of the simple-minded doubters out there.

When an SP makes a booking, she takes herself out of circulation for more than just the time of your appointment. She needs time to get ready, time to clean up after, and (if she's a quality provider) she leaves significant space between her appointments. Many quality SPs may not see more than two or three clients a day and most of the better ones don't take last minute bookings.

Therefore, if one of these SPs commits to an appointment with a potential client, she is likely blocking off half to one third of her working day on order to make herself available to you. The quality SPs never have trouble getting as much work as they want so if she hadn't booked with you it's quite likely that slot in her schedule would have been filled by another. Thus, by cancelling without cause, you could very well be unfairly depriving her of one third to one half of her earnings for the day. If there is no legitimate reason for your cancellation, there is an ethical obligation to offer her some compensation for the lost opportunity.

Of course, my statements above are intended to reflect what should transpire between quality SPs and clients of good character. If you are the type of guy that wants to see the type of girl that books clients back-to-back-to-back and if you are the type of guy that feels that the ladies in the business have no right to be treated with respect...then you may ignore my comments above.
