420 time tends to lead to jumping around in topics of conversation, but rarely leads to restlessness or any other forms of agitation. Weed is a depressor of activity, not something that encourages it.
Thin girls who are hyper and jumping all over at usually on crack or meth, it use to be mostly crack but now that meth is being widely made in the GTA area, I would say that meth is actually much more likely, and it absolutely sucks the life out of people in no time, turning young girls into old women in months.

You might be correct. Some people suffering with ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) use Meth, Ganja,Coke etc to help them get through the day.Candoguy said:

I am not sure if the people that the OP saw were indeed on some sort of substance....but I couldn't keep myself from chiming in here after seeing some misinformation.
Keep in mind that many medications that are prescribed (or even self prescribed) to those with ADD (diagnosed or self-diagnosed) are amphetamines. Amphetamines are also used in treating narcolepsy . Drugs of the amphetamine class has the same synthesis as (guess what??) methamphteamine. Examples of amphetamines include: Ritalin, Dexedrine, Adderall, Vynase... Unfortunately these drugs are often used as performance enhancing drugs, and many high school/college/University students use these to keep up with assignments/long hours and know very little of the long term side effects.
