Trust me I made all the mistakes there is to make with women. Even fell for a fucking MPA and wrote poetry on here telling her how much I miss her, and how I cannot forget her and shit even though I am married with kids. Some women value the quality of sex very highly and if you didn’t hit the high numbers on the Richter scale (a few times) then you’re out to the curb. Might be about attention, might be about quality of conversation, might be about gifting, might be about how much of “arm candy” you are, etc. all depends on what she thinks is “a catch”.
That's absolutely untrue. I've relegated women into being only Friends or the "Friend Zone". It drives them absolutely ape shit crazy. I didn't do it for that reason though. I was just not interested in any sort of relationship anymore.

1) the sex wasn't great/she was never really that attracted to begin with
2) she was assessing if there was potential for more and decided no
3) she feels like all he is in for is the sex and she wants to see if he'll stick around
4) sex isn't her priority in life and she has other things she wants to focus on
5) there is someone else in her life
I gather from a lot of the responses here that a lot of the dudes here have no idea how friendship works.

Why do they condition us to this mindset then through their actions? I have not yet met a woman who is still interested in just being friends after forming some type of entanglement without the sex and intimacy. Like this causes a pain for both parties however if she still has feelings for you she will want you all to her self in more then just a friend way. Usually they are never fine after they find out I am married with kids and I show I have no interest leaving my wife especially after forming strong connections especially through this industry. Even good girl friends I had from childhood all act like this but you know and can feel still strong feelings are still there.
Some people claim they managed to form plutonic love and always want the best for the other and still remain in each other life. I don’t doubt this exists however it’s extremely rare. I thought I had that a few times but eventually it never worked out which has and is still causing a lot of pain that I still feel almost every day knowing they think we can’t just be friends.
I remain hopeful however they are conditioning us to think, feel and act like this. Maybe the issue is more deep rooted then a girls mindset where the society always teaches us to be selfish and think just about our needs and how we can use other people to fulfill our needs .
