Lost in a daydream of beautiful women.
I'm sure that this has been brought up many times and I tried searching, but wasn't able to come up with anything.

I understand that GFE = Girlfriend Experience and that means that the girl offers what you would typically get from a girlfriend. I also understand that there are safe GFEs and that that typically means that all services are covered and that there may not be any LFK/DFK involved and, of course, YMMV.

But what does someone mean when they post in a review that a girl is not a GFE? I've seen it often. Would it be safe to assume that when someone says "not a GFE" that they actually mean that she is a safe GFE? Otherwise, what is left to remove?

If someone says it was not a GFE, I would understand that to mean there was no sensuality, no passion, not even an attempt by the girl to seem interested.
In other words, very mechanical and here's your service, thanks for the money now get out of here I have other clients waiting kind of attitude.

I would guess that a GFE includes a level of personal touch - the SP is personable, and isn't distant and cold throughout the session. Even when safe and covered services are provided, there can still be a level of warmth and a connection established when the services are provided - thus why Safe service GFE providers are Safe GFE.

I suppose that mechanical, distant and impersonal service, makes for a non-GFE not necessarily the services rendered.

NON-GFE= No DFK/LFK, NO DATY, NO BBBJ{CBJ ONly}, rushed services, no conversation, no MSOG, maybe 2-3 positions only. Basically, get up, get in, get out.

SAFE-GFE=LFK/DFK{YMMV}, DATY, CBJ, not clock watcher, MSOG, MPOS, conversation, cuddling, massage, etc.

GFE= DFK, BBBJ, DATY, MSOG, MPOS, conversation, cuddling, massage, not clock watcher, etc.

PSE= DFK, BBBJ{TC, WS, CIM, YMMV}, DATY, MSOG, MPOS, Pearls, digits, greek, some fetish play, toys, role play, etc.

I agree. I think this sums up what is understood to be the definitions of these terms here on TERB. At least that is what I THINK they are.

This really gets annoying at times.
First, this has been discussed in a couple threads in the last few weeks. So the OP is either lying,or f**king dense!
Most posters here do not have a clue what GFE even means.
There are all the idiots that say it has to include DFK!WRONG!!!They're just trying to force their opinion of what they like onto others!Any kind of kissing applies to GFE.Normal,LFK,or DFK.
Also, there is NO such thing as SAFE GFE.Or CLASSIC GFE!Again these are forced on you by people that haven't been around very long!
A lot of this crap started a few years ago by a specific agency(Management no longer around)to cover up their girls always supplying no GFE,but advertising they did, with the all so common,YMMV proviso. Then collecting GFE $$ for non GFE service.
As Homonger will agree to,I'm certain,an SP is either GFE or she's not!No other adjectives need apply.
Major, usual difference is covered or uncovered oral.In the early days, bareback full service was very common, but, due to AIDS,covered eventually became the norm for GFE!
That has been the only major change I know of to the meaning GFE in the last 40 or so years.Of course LFK/DFK has become popular to the younger, more aggressive crowd since then. But just as many still prefer the normal approach.
Most of this should be obvious.
But it is not.
Then again,on a board of over 86,000 members,I'll bet 99% don't even know what a BJ is.I have never seen a proper definition of it even once in the 9 or so years of reading threads on this board.

Gay fucking experience is what it means as terb has been mostly gay since that lady showed us how to suck our own cocks.

I think some people are partially idiot savants. They just can't understand shades of grey. Everything has to be black or white. GFE has to equal a specific set of menu items. Get the f**k over it already.

I'm sorry...are we keeping you from your afternoon meds and nap? You seem like an awfully grumpy ol' SOB....

There are probably about 60 active threads per day in the lounge alone and likely another (at least) 100 or so on the rest of the board. Could it be possible that somebody could miss a thread about this particular subject? Also, think about what happens when you type "GFE" into the search on here...think I might get a few hits? So I tried logical combinations of keyword searches and came up with nothing that answered my specific question.

You clearly don't understand what the difference is between the different levels of service either. Just because it was one thing 40 years ago, does not mean that it is still the same now. LOTS of things have changed over the last 40 years...did you hear that we have this thing called internet now?? 40 years ago, you could only buy leaded gasoline...now go find some. 40 years ago some schools still had boys and girls/black and white entrances to them. Moreover, and to the point that you raised yourself, 40 years ago there was no such thing as AIDS/HIV and nobody knew or cared much about STDs. Things are very different now and people are concerned about these types of things, so there is a difference in types of GFEs...maybe a "safe GFE" shouldn't be called that because she is not REALLY like a girlfriend. How about you scurry off and patent a new name for them, the rest of us will continue to use these terms until you get back. As far as a local agency coining the term, "safe GFE"...I hate to burst you bubble, but terb is not the centre of the escort universe and, although the 'X'erb sites make up the largest network in Canada, "safe GFE" is a term that I have seen used with other girls that aren't from 'round these parts, so I think that it's safe to say that it can be considered a standard term.

You can get frustrated by all the "newbies" asking the same questions that you've been reading for the last 9 years, but as it's been said before, if you don't like what somebody has written or is asking...just don't read it. Move on with your life and get over it!! Clearly other people did not have issue with answering the question and to those, I say, THANK YOU.

The answer that makes the most sense to me, is the one saying that a girl who seems very mechanical and disinterested would NOT be a GFE. Thank you again to those who have participated with USEFUL thoughts, you prizes are being mailed out to you. If anyone else would care to add their opinions on the differences, please feel free.
