It amazes me that people eat a bowl of flour and sugar for breakfast.....how long soon after that were you crashing down from that sugar buzz!
Me as always, a carton of egg whites, with ground up flax seeds, seasame seeds and sunflower seeds, then I put it in a non-stick pan, scramble them up,
then top it off with cinnamon and stevia for sweetner, tastes just like French toast, but all good for you!
