Great song, also splish splash and Mack The Knife. Never knew he died at age 37.
he never could decide whether he wanted to be a rocker and record stuff like Splish Splash or Queen of the Hop or be a crooner like Sinatra,,,,with Mack The Knife or this one

Getting ready to listen to a FM broadcast radio program,
Roger Ashby, a long tie Toronto DJ, now retired, puts out a three hour program of music of the 50's, 60's and 70's, every week and it is well researched.
Well every week is maybe a bit much, because right now in summer reruns, but still fun to listen to.
For us it airs on 92.1 out of Brantford on Saturday afternoons, and 88.5 Newmarket on Sunday mornings 9am -12noon. I think it is nationally distributed. so you may find it elesewhere.
It also is available as a podcast, I believe

there is alot of musical variance here on this thread, and variety is the spice of life..........but, and forgive me, there is alot of fluff. cotton candy, and white bread stuff as well..can we hear some rye bread now and again...kinda like this
