all these touch felly songs are ok I guess...…….but what about a simple toe tapping song with no angst, that you can sing along to.....like this Buddy Holly tune
Your choices are fun when you are having a party or dinner with a big group but they Don’t cut.

I enjoy songs that cut and make me feel something especially relationships, pain , love and drama.

Don’t think the majority of people like happy fun simple songs anymore. Maybe ones from the 60s generations know how to appreciate just having a good time. But who knows this opinion could be a minority.

most pop music of today, excluding niche music, sounds the same
the singers are interchangeable.....if you have to listen to mainstream music on the radio for instance your brain might turn to mush......and please tell me how you came to the conclusion that people don't like happy fun simple songs...……..you seem to have a fatalistic , pessimistic view of people and music...……….music should be fun and happy with plenty of room for navel gazing , brooding angst ridden music, no?...….plus the fact that I could be an old fossil tied to 50, and 60,s music, but I do observe that a vast number of commercials played on TV which are targeted at millenialls. seem to include 50,s and 60,s stuff as background music

Great song that doesn't get played enough...especially after Eddie Vedder butchered it. Excellent classic cars.

IV..thanks for pointing out the fact that Pearl Jam destroyed this great tune.....I should post the original, but J Frank Wilson did a great cover
