when i saw this post i immediately thought of this song, Get It While You Can.....Sonic Temple, i posted this version by Janis Joplin...its probably more up your musical alley.....rather than the original by a Soul Singer from the 60,s aand 70,s Howard Tate

i cant help myself lol...years after recording this great tune, Howard performed it live.....he introduces himself and talks with the audience, he starts singing around the 1.14 minute mark
