No, don't know her. This song was not my favourite recording by Linda. To me her best song was a cover of an old standard by Nelson Riddle called WHAT'S NEW. It really showed what kind of a powerful and great voice she had.

she recorded a cover of Blue Bayou....well done but Roy Orbison, s version is the Gold Standard

Betty Everett recorded The Shoop Shoop Song[Its In His Kiss]......she also recorded a duet with Jerry Butler..Let It Be Me.....at one point they performed the song live... Betty was ill and did not have much time left and Jerry was aware of that..............i try to be a tough hardened old bird..but when i listen to that song i become very sad and teary eyed

Okay,I do remember her and that song, and always enjoyed Jerry Butler.
