i heard this tune driving home last night.........i knew the song existed...but i had forgotten about it.................Ronnie Spector is one of my all time favs.......most of those who follow the Black Music thread know this..........the MT Rushmore of female singers for me are Ronnie, Darlene Love Candi Staton and Etta James............there is no singer out there today that comes even remotely close to Ronnie.....im an unabashed fan.....maybe the younger people here may found out what great voices were around 50/55 years ago

Saw Etta James at the Club Blue Note in Toronto some years ago. She was a BIG lady then but she could really sing. Funny Thing, she came out on stage wearing a light blue dress, after an hour of belting out some great songs, her dress became navy blue. LOL.

for some reason this song makes me think about Mississauga mostly the square one area
