This year my both sons are out of the province working hard and wont be back for Easter.
So Thought well I'mnot cooking a turkey for me ...so I decided on a whole chicken carrots potatoes and mushroom and herbs and spices
with a non diet food lol apple crumble pie with vanilla ice cream on top
imjust doing things very easy this holiday by putting all the ingredients in my large slow cooker
