Don’t pay for something you don’t get - go to
http://www.toast.net/index.html and check your Internet connection speed - I called Rogers and they changed my modem -
I was getting only 120-133 kbps (for high speed); well now I’m getting 500-1400 kbps (depends on what time of the day)
So, check your speed and complain if need.
