I seem to remember that also. I believe he kept starting threads about fees and services and that is against the rules and after a few warnings he was banned. I may be wrong as my memory is not the greatest but it does ring a bell.

He was banned because he was a previously banned account under a new name. Blackpanther was the original, I believe. He came back several times and was banned, probably back again now.
That was the name he was using at the time, yes. Blackpanther was banned sometime before that, and has since returned using many different names. Since the site doesn't do anything to prevent it, previously banned users come back again and again and again. Sometimes the new account outs itself and gets tossed out, sometimes not.
BP and Uber driver were not the same person though. BP definitely wouldn't have made a thread about making less than the SP's he saw. Him and I PM'd a bunch under a few different handles but Uber driver wasn't one of them.
