Bumper sticker.

Placard sloganeering.

Void, vapid and vacant.

It's all about lanes and knitting my boy.
It's painful watching your desperate posts of distraction...a bit funny...but mostly painful.
Nah scratch that...it's funny.

btw how much do you charge to haunt a house?

Your mom asked me to remind you that you need to change your tampon.
You're welcome.
I can smell the desperation from here! 🤣 🤣

Do you ever get sick of yourself and just drink until you pass out?

Absolutely, LaRue.

We need to do what the rightie governments do. Slash all taxation of billionaires and the rich. Cut back all social programs. And make the poor pay more taxes in the form of tariffs.

That's what made us great in Victoria's time. And the high infant mortality rate wasn't as relevant as those damned lefties yelp it was!!! 😺 🐵👌

you are a strange one
the loonie left govts have made a god awful mess and somehow you find a way to pretend its the right who are at fault

mark my words
cuts to social spending are put at risk by irresponsible loonie left govt financial mis-management .

That's what made us great in Victoria's time.
the industrial revolution, the greatest increase in productivity the world had ever seen and risk taking by entrepreneurs

you are not bright enough to understand that infant mortality has improved only because of wealth creation
when tied to profit making you will view an improvement in infant mortality rate as evil

In 1966 there were 7.7 working-age individuals for every senior. This ratio has dropped quickly since then and stands at 3.4 in 2022. Statistics Canada projects this trend will continue in the decades ahead. There will be just 3.0 working-age people for each senior by 2027, after which the ratio will slowly fall further to reach 2.3 by 2068.
That's because many jobs got outsourced and replace by machines and computers.

I didn't say conservatives were saying xenophobic things...I said they are called xenophobes if they dare speak of controlling immigration.

Spewing hate to immigrants has unfortunately been happening forever and everywhere. The point is that in modern times, the left has been peddling a narrative that it's the right that is spewing this hate.
First, criticism isn't hatred...to an extent. It is fair to say that our immigration policy wasn't perfect. But when they drag out strawman arguments about how brown or arabic people hate Canada...that is when it starts to become problematic. But, let's be real here: A lot of the anti-immigration hate speech is coming from the far right.

But let's face a fact: You and your brethren crucify the far left for the stupid shit they say, and try to lump in all leftists into that though bubble....yet you bristle when it happens to the right. You don't want nuance when you come after the left, but DEMAND it when talking about the dangerous far right.

I don't think any reasonable people would reject immigration as
a solution. It is the excessive volume of immigration that is the
problem. In the case of Germany mass immigration as the solution
has not been promising to say the least.

There is probably not one single solution that would safeguard
the well being of our future. I think the more pragmatic solutions
would entail among other things: i) immigration policy aimed for
admission of well qualified immigrants at
moderate levels. ii) Reduction of government deficit and hopefully
the debt burder eventually. iii) Public housing construction.
I think we need to understand the difference between Germany and Canada to see why this is not really a good comparison. Canada is and has always been a country that brings in immigrants. Germany has not. We live (for the most part) in the GTA, which has millions of first and second generation Canadians. My own extended family is made up of many immigrants. We are (for the most part), more understanding and welcoming of immigrants than Germany (or most European countries) for that reason. So, that is one of the reasons why Germany is suffering from growing pains.

Now, as for your solutions....I don't really have an issue with any of them. We should always welcome qualified immigrants with open arms, and help give them the tools they need to succeed when they get here. I think more affordable housing is key, and something our governments (all levels) are not doing enough of.

There is no anti-immigration hate coming from the right. That's propaganda.
Controlling immigration and dealing with illegal immigrants is not hate...it's the right thing to do. The left has spun that into it being something xenophobic.

But when the left now tries to deal with immigration, it's suddenly ok?

When the right goes against carbon taxes they are labelled climate change deniers, but when the left removes carbon taxes (to keep seats) they aren't labelled deniers?

Explain the hypocrisy so it makes sense.

As far as I can see hate spewed by uncanadian-behaving folks
to immigrants is not the reason Trudeau flip-flopped. Trudeau
and his Liberals simply realized they fxxked up.

Discrimination against immigrants is worrisome but not
an issue in revising our immigration policy.
I don't believe I said that the anti-immigration stuff was why Trudeau made the change. I agree, I think they realized the fucked things up and needed to recalibrate things.

"Recalibrate" by controlling immigration. ie what conservatives have been proposing for years but branded xenophobes.

I think the left needs to recalibrate their ideology.

First, criticism isn't hatred...to an extent.
So that pretty much eliminates the race card the left always plays whenever criticism of immigration policy arises

It is fair to say that our immigration policy wasn't perfect.
thats the understatement of the year.
immigration policy has been a disaster

But when they drag out strawman arguments about how brown or arabic people hate Canada...
white brown, Arabic, Asian, albino, j etc.
skin color does not matter
if you are chanting death to Canada on Canadian soil, you have to go

that is when it starts to become problematic. But, let's be real here: A lot of the anti-immigration hate speech is coming from the far right.
lets be real here, it is not hate speech, it is criticism of failed immigration policy

But let's face a fact: You and your brethren crucify the far left for the stupid shit they say, and try to lump in all leftists into that though bubble....yet you bristle when it happens to the right. You don't want nuance when you come after the left, but DEMAND it when talking about the dangerous far right.
But let's face a fact:
Justin Trudeau has made a god awful mess of it and has proven himself to be stupid, corrupt incompetent and arrogant
the evidence of his incompetence/ corruption is overwhelming and not debatable

yet you still support him because you allow your failed ideology to do your thinking for you

so your views are are worthless

That's not really a comparable stat because in 1966 the retirement age was much lower than it is today. What we need to look at is what is the labor force participation rate vs. the number of retirees. I would agree the ratio today is quite a bit lower than in 1966 but not at the extreme's you're suggesting.

"Shithole countries" denialism and deflection writ large.

That's not propaganda, but plain, good ole fashioned, far right-wing shithole values.
