 This is west Toronto in Baby Point. Just east of the Humber River and west of Bloor West Village. My paternal grandfather grew up on Baby Point Road in the 1920's and 30's. My favorite neighborhood in the city. The highlight for me is that this property backs onto a ravine leading down to the Humber River.

That is a beautiful property.
People can only look these days lmfao.
Not many people can afford a $7 million property, that's for sure. Wonder what the property taxes are.

My grandfather owned 250 acres of bush in an unorganized township in Northern Ontario. It had a small cozy cabin that sat on the shore of a lake and had a long meandering river, filled with trout, flowing through it. I'd take that over any property in the GTA without hesitation

I lived in this house, (on the right in the first pic), from mid 1966 - mid 1969. Glen Manor Drive in The Beaches, a couple of blocks north of Queen Street East. The Fox Theater and 'The Goof' are about five minutes' walk from there, south to Queen, then east.

I think my old man sold the house for $40K in 1969. It's not for sale currently, but the estimated market value today is $3.35 Million.

The backyard was very interesting. The street behind the house is about 60 feet above in elevation. There are stairs going up the middle of the backyard, with four or five terraced levels built from limestone slabs filled with fossils, mostly water plants and the odd trilobite visible on the top or side edges.

Sounds like a pretty unique backyard. My gripe with a house like this is the driveway. If I'm going to spend $3.3 million I need a double drive double garage minimum.
