I was checking out some travel opportunities and seeing as the WestJet signs are everywhere I decided to investigate.

Just incase you want to fly from Moncton to Vancouver, here is your route.

Take off from Moncton 6:45 am
Land in Ottawa
Land in Hamilton
Land in Winnipeg
Land in Calgary
Land in Kelowna
Land in Vancouver at 1:10pm

5 stops within one country! Wanna see the airports of Canada. Fly WestJet!

Personally, I don't mind sitting in a plane for 30 minutes while people get on and off if it will save me money.

Once, maybe twice, sure.
But 5 times? Give me a break. That would add a good 2 hours at least to an already 6 hour flight. That is a little rediculous.

BTW, is there even an airport in Kelowna? LOL

West Jet

I've flown West Jet as well and the staff is very friendly and the stopovers aren't that bad. Think of it as a bus trip.
There was actually one stop that they avoided because nobody was getting off or on. We flew from Hamilton to Calgary and then straight to Vancover there was supose to be another stop but they avoided it.

Well worth the price and Hamilton Airport is much easier then Toronto International. Less people and better parking.

As they grow they are getting more route.

Well, I agree that Westjet has the most friendliest staff (both male and female), they will entertain and keep you in smiles the entire trip, along with "peanuts or pretzels". The downfalls of Westjet is that you have to drive to Hamilton to fly, rather than Pearson. Something else that I have found with Westjet is that their prices continually raise in price until time of departure whereas Canjet always stays the same price even if you purchase the ticket last minute. Canjet is the cheapest way to travel with gates in Pearson but they are also cramped and the staff not too friendly.

Really Fred I must question how is it that a guy from Ottawa is a Sr. member at only 18 posts and gets to come in here and promote (read shill) his fav airline. They don't fly from Toronto to Ottawa, which is where I want to go for TERB Xmas Party (Ottawa Division) Fri. Dec. 27th. So who cares. I guess though if said Sr. member from Ottawa were to attend, promote, condone or at least wish us well regarding the Ottawa TERB Xmas Party taking place Friday Dec. 27 at 9 PM at Diamonds then status as a Sr. member should be maintained and next time this poster flies WetJet mention of recommendation from said Sr. member will be acknowledged.
