Chai seed pudding

Chia seeds are full of nutrients and fibre that take away hunger

Tiny seeds absorb liquid to become pudding

Use whole seeds as ground seeds will not absorb

Easy peasy

Using dietary fibre to stop hunger is better as chia is calolrie dense, dietary fibre has zero calories

Just don't eat them dry!
I assume putting put them in a liquid then drink before they expand if you are in a hurry is OK as they should expand inside you

Not ground? I believe flax seed does nothing if not ground. Just goes straight through you.
Not the same with this Chia seeds?

I find ground seeds will not expand.

If made into a pudding you absord nutrients and wait for 20 minutes then you lose your hunger. Seems like a very healthy weight loss hack but dietary fibre has zero calories

Another weight loss hack is don't eat stupid food. Don't eat cookies, cake and candy. Don't eat white processed bread. Don't load up on white rice and mashed potatoes. Don't eat chips and cheeses. And for God sakes loose the soft drinks and beer.
No sugar in coffee

I missed the sugar at first so I added cinnamon or nutmeg

ChatGPT is your friend

Kefir or fermented milk is full of protein and protein makes you full as well it has probiotics

Manage glucose spikes is a biggie so avoid refined carbs
and eat carbs with some protein

I was using dietary fibre to stop hunger then switched to chia but chia is more expensive

For some reason chia will not expand and make a pudding with my home made yogurt so I make the pudding with water then add

I'm not a bird.
I'll just eat a well balanced meal combined with exercise.

Popcorn depends what you put on it.
Nutritional yeast on popcorn seems as healthy as it gets

Instead of ice cream get a smothie maker which is a blender with blades meant for smashing instead of cutting
Add 50% ice with anything and you got ice cream like food

I don’t know if it will work but I am thinking of getting a Ninja Creami in the future to make protein ice cream at home.

Nothing wrong with it, just don't fill up on empty calories.

Your body converts it to glucose causing a spike in blood sugar. To avoid this cook the potato then put it in the fridge until it gets cold and reheat it. The cooling and reheating process makes it into a resistant carbohydrate and it doesn't cause a spike.
What about sweet potato? I thought sweet potato if boiled or put in the oven, is okay for weight loss/ carb deficit

Thoughts

Same as any potato. Cool it first and reheat to turn it into a resistant carbohydrate. Same with rice. It's an east hack with great benefits.
Copilot agrees

When potatoes are cooked and then cooled, a process called starch retrogradation occurs. This transforms some of the digestible starches into resistant starch, which behaves more like fiber in your body which also makes you fill full longer. Eat them cold or reheat

FoodResistant Starch TrickIdea for Eating
White RiceCook, cool overnightSushi rolls or cold rice salad
PastaCook al dente, chill in fridgePasta salad with veggies and pesto
OatsSoak raw oats in milk/yogurtOvernight oats with fruit & seeds
Green BananasNaturally high in resistant starchEat raw or blend into smoothies

For pasta lovers

Put pasta in fridge after cooking as that reduces carbs.
It will last for days. Cool it quickly after coating with olive oil to prevent sticking.

I mix it with Konjac

Konjac as pasta alertnative has zero calories

Instead of pasta sauce use pesto or just olive oil with basil or thyme
