Here`s who I like this week:
Houston over Tennessee: David Carr`s fine play is the best kept secret in the AFC this year; plus the old rule that when you have two lousy teams you should take the points.
Philadelphia over Jacksonville: How many flukes can go against the Eagles? It has to even out sometime. The Jags have issues, especially with Leftwich`s status up in the air.
St. Louis over San Diego: Too big a spread to pass up with a good team like St. Louis. Bulger/Holt is the best QB/WR combo in the game. I`m still skeptical about the Chargers secondary.
Indy over Denver: I know I say this every week, but Denver`s inability to score will hurt them. Their defence has been winning the games for them, but Indy will be the first strong offensive team they`ve played in about a month.
New England over Minnesota: As mentioned earlier: Brady on turf is money in the bank. The Patriots looked almost perfect on some of their drives last week. Minny is improved and might make the playoffs (very easy November schedule) but they can`t hang with the Pats.
Arizona over Green Bay: I think the Cards loss to Oakland was due to them still being in shock/depression over the Monday Night fiasco. That should be over with now. Green Bay has trouble putting together two consecutive good games, and they have trouble defending the long pass; which Leinart can definitely throw.
