This should be another wild weekend. S

Saturday games :

Minnesota @ Cincinnati : Minnesota has a very good defense while the Bengals do not. Justin Jefferson is one of the best WRs in the league but the problem is Nick Mullens will not be able to get him the ball. Ill take Jamar Chase and Jake Browning at home.

Cincy 25 - Minnesota 18

Pittsburgh @ Indy : I dont trust the Colts but the Steelers went from an overmatched team that found a way to win to just a bad team with Trubisky at center. Playoff teams do not lose to both Arizona and New England when Trubisky threw for 119 and 190 yards. The Steelers cant run the ball, cant throw the ball and are near the bottom of the league in every category except for 15th in rushing and somehow 7th in points allowed. The Colts are average in most stats but somehow 29th in points allowed. The Colts have won 4 of their last 5 and are at home.

Indianapolis 17 Pittsburgh 13

Denver @ Detroit - Detroit has been turning the ball over at an alarming rate and their defense more resembles the Broncos D when they gave up 70 to the Dolphins in week 3 than the unit who looked pretty good for the first 6 games before getting destroyed by the Ravens. Since that game Detroit has given up 14, 38, 26, 29, 28 and 28 points to teams who all currently have losing records. The Broncos are red hot and have won 6 of the last 7. Detroit will have no answer for Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy.

Denver 37 - Detroit 31

The Chargers are such an enigma. That has to be a tough team to cheer for. Is CJ Stroud playing for Houston? He was in concussion protocol. I'm going to stay away from that one.
My track record on NFL isn't much better. I'm 51.2% ATS . Tough picking year no doubt.

Colts play pretty well at home and the Steelers are coming off of two absolute horrible losses. Trubisky is dogshit. Gotta roll with Colts -2.5.
I think the Lions take care of business but Broncos cover the 4.5. May come down to a last minute FG.
Vikings defense isn't that good but Cinci's has underperformed all season. I give Bengals advantage due to home field but I'm not sure they win by a TD. Staying away.

Our defence is like swiss cheese today, and our offence can't get anything going. 2 turnovers by Mullens, and we're lucky to be down only 7-3 at halftime. Browning's magic seems to have run out.

Still have to be a lot more rewarding than being a Trump fan

From the half season point and on, the books call the lines sharper, so most ATS bettors will probably fall in the 40 to 50% category. I like to browse the CBS/ESPN sites or watch the TV pick shows, and the so called "experts" are at the 30 to 40% mark. The Cincy/Minny game was an even type game so the books had CINCY -3 just for home field advantage, some books closed CINCY at -3.5 just to avoid the push bets. It'll cost you a bit of premium, but it's best to buy down the line to -2.5 to avoid the FG push bets.

Cincy got lucky today, to win in OT. Cincy now 8-6.

Just to make watching the games more fun ( and tomorrow NFL), I made a 9 pick bet and went 3 for 3. Need to go 6 for 6 tomorrow, but I usually bow out
mid way through the 1:00pm games . . . Boys vs Buffalo should be the best game tomorrow ! Go Bills go !

Very impressive by the Bills. They seem to be on a good run. Cook was outstanding yesterday. But for weeks Diggs has underperformed that has to be concerning.

For many games they use him as a decoy to draw one or two defenders to his side. When he doesn't get the ball, many times he gets moody. He'll probably do one of his " I think I'm going to jump ship" rants after the season . . .

I made 4 bets yesterday and went 2-2, but my biggest bet was on the Bills so I ended out up on the day.

IMO, Dallas should have been favoured. I know they're questionable on the road but they've been a juggernaut their last 5 games and Buff have been really inconsistent. Dallas looked like an easy bet, so I went the other way. As well, Dallas with their fan base always gets lots of action which skews the spread so if you bet against them you'll probably pick up an extra half point or so.
