It's rather large compared to other fast food joints that downsized %200. The Big Mac is %25 of that size. Sometimes it's quality over portion size.

This is a stunning and monumental industrial heritage building transformation of an art deco style 1930's era public utilities building into city condos, a beautiful and voluminous Food Hall and a fully-outfitted YMCA, all connected to the city's St. Andrews Playground.
