WHaddaya bet we never hear from him or his invention again? The key point to that video is he fact that he is negoiating with the US government....do you really think THEY want to do away with fossil fuel use? Hardly, same as the Canadian Government, because they receive so much revenue from the sale of fossil fuels....

Thanks Esco

Interesting clip. I'm hopeful that this idea won't disappear. With all the new technology coming into being, it will be up to the Oil industry to adapt and jump on board with new ideas that make sense. Its called Diversification.

Perhaps it will be worthwhile to desalinate the oceans on a large scale. As it is now, our water is too precious, there are major cities around the world that don't have enough.
Will a country go to war on Canada to get our abundance?

That is the beauty of hydrogen fuel cells etc is that they really don't burn up the water so to speak. The residue or exhaust turns back into water.

I can see it now, the Canadian governments will block and ban this use because during the winter, all the vehicle exhausts pumping water all over our roads would cause and ice hazard. Any excuse to keep those tax revenues flowing!

If you somehow get power from water, doesn't that mean most of it is transferred to energy? I think there would be a large net loss where you never regain nearly what you started with, no? I suspect you'd get a few drops of water exhaust from a gallon of fuel.

Aside from the 230 volts to begin the reaction. It looks like a great idea.
