Watch your Back!!!!

The Shake is right, I'm not sure where Ham2004 is getting his info from but most of it is wrong.
I do know that you cant record phone conversations without BOTH parties being informed BEFORE the actual conversating starts. In some States this is different and you dont have to give any notice. In some States it's a FELONY if you record phone talk without giving consent and they WILL lock you up for 6 months or more.

BTW You could sue the snitch website for libel charges if what they are claiming is false: For example if they post a picture of a hooker getting in your car and THEN they write WITH IT that she was a prostitute who was in the process of performing a sexual act for money, you may have a case. But the website has to prove this which is very difficult and if they cant then you have grounds to sue them for libel since what they wrote is "untrue".

But I repeat, it is NOT illegal to post license plates, pictures, videos etc. on the web as long as these are not breaking any criminal laws.

Just a thought for consideration...

If I remember correctly this whole idea of taking photos of cars and plate #’s cruising the various tracks was at first just a scare tactic. They just wanted to scare the johns away from their streets. At the time when this all started here in Toronto in the Parkdale area a lot of people were very upset at all the activity that was utterly taking over their streets. There was crack dealers and crack addicted SWs on every corner. This was a last resort move for them. Many complaints had been made to the police etc. The police did what they could given the limited manpower and resources they have. They would clean up Queen St. so everybody moved to Bloor St. A week later they were back. I am not sure I condone this tactic as they may take photos etc of cars that are not at all there for that purpose. (To pick up SWs) And also in the long run it does very little to help the situation. I do believe that the government (all levels) should and could do more to help these crack addicted SWs and punish more severely their suppliers. Since very little to nothing is being done the people felt like they were up against a wall and had to do something. I am not sure nor do I care about the legal issues surrounding this activity. I am against this whole approach mostly because it really does not help the situation. If they really want to rid the streets of addicted SWs then they should be offered real help. Not just shuffled around and told get lost we don’t want you here. As an addict in recovery I can tell you that is exactly why most addicts become and stay addicts in the first place. They feel rejected, unwanted and unloved. What they need is rehab not punishment. They need to feel accepted (in spite of their so called flaws), wanted, needed and loved. Not lusted and then rejected. Instead of all this concern about legalities of having your pic taken I (if I may) would like to suggest another consideration. Next time before spending $20 on a BJ or slightly more for FS consider this. That $20. is going on a crack pipe 10 mins after you drop the girl off. It will last about 20 mins and then she will be back out for more. Meanwhile the $20. she paid for crack will be going in the gas tank of a BMW that the crack dealer drives home.

Anya may be right on that, I'm not a lawyer but I do know that in some States they will lock you up if you record a phone conversation without BOTH parties consenting.

Anya is right. You can record phone conversations here as long as one party knows. And that one party can be you. I know because at a publication where I use to work they recorded interviews on the phone all the time. They did not always tell the person being interviewed that the phone conversation was being recorded. This had all been looked into and checked out before they started this practice. In fact one of the owners of this publication was a lawyer. The one time that someone being interviewed found out they were being recorded and complained they were told it was all legal and call a lawyer if they want to. Never heard from them again.
