I don't have any indication that he is a member of TERB. I believe he added me to his MSN through my RZ ad. Maybe the mods can run a check via email address to see if he is registered. His email address ending in an 83 leads me to beileve he is just a 21 year old kid who likes to talk s^%$ to feel like a badass.

welll if he emails again you can report him to abuse@hotmail or rather their complaint department. you can also see what you can doo about logging his IP and post it on hacker network..
