Israel and America cannot effect stable regime change to their liking from aerial bombardment alone.
Ground troops would have to occupy Tehran for the foreseeable future which is highly unlikely to happen.
I agree, but like I said previously, I think the objective of this war is a cover for the destabilization of the Middle East so U.S./Israel
can push forward the Greater Israel project. Not regime change. Murdering school children and bombing hospitals and infrastructure
is hardly a recipe for regime change.

If U.S./Israel are successful in achieving this then Iran will become a foregone conclusion.
That's why Iran is all in on this, they know where this going.

Not random at all...just replying to Frankie's exaggerated Twitter post and posting the facts. Come on Wyatt, keep up, man! ;)
I guess if Frankie says the Alexander Bros. are relevant to the thread that's that. 🤦‍♂️

PS- Your post re: the Alexander Bros. was a stand-alone post. There was no context given.

Apparently Lindsey Graham of all people coached Netanyahu on how to manipulate Trump.

no US bases are destroyed, Iran is struggling to mount any retaliation at this point. Traffic in the Straight is resuming, US underwriting the insurance and offering naval escorts.

I don’t know what news sources you are reading but they are destroying your critical thinking.

The US has single digit casualties, which makes this safer than a holiday weekend in Chicago.
Have another pitcher dude. Fox news is lying. Cripes they even lied about Trump wearing a hat to greet a dead soldier.

Trump’s ‘free flow of energy’ vow fails to restart shipping in strait of Hormuz | Iran | The Guardian https://share.google/nV33JRLt0960Ny9wh

Here is your so called "traffic". Trump is not insuring ships. And thete are no naval escorts

I too heard the claim that Hormuz was open and a tanker had passed the day before. I think it was the Sec. of Energy. But when I checked, the ship was engaged by China.

The shotgun effect, this way, no matter what, they can claim victory.

Rubio, who is the smartest of the clown show, is ruining his future career after good old Satan comes to claim his prized child.

The Reporting the War Machine Can't Control
The mainstream media is doing what it always does in wartime: manufacturing consent, sanitizing atrocities and platforming war criminals
Mar 10

Right now, the United States and Israel are continuing their bombardment of Iran. As the confirmed death toll climbs past 1,330 and hospitals, schools, and residential neighborhoods are hit daily, the media apparatus that sold you the Iraq war and denied Israel’s genocidal assault on Palestinians for the last two years is now running the same playbook.
The Atlantic is laundering Netanyahu’s reputation as a “conflict-averse” leader while he tells the world this war lets him do what he’s “yearned for” for 40 years. Bari Weiss is tweeting fire emojis at pro-war clips, falsely suggesting Iran has nuclear weapons, and devoting journalistic resources to tracking the Instagram likes of Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s wife. CNN is giving unchallenged airtime to ICC-indicted Israeli officials claiming American soldiers have an “obligation” to die for Israel. And that’s before the cable news network is taken over by Paramount, the Weiss operation run by the nepo-son of Larry Ellison, the single largest donor to Friends of the IDF. The BBC, meanwhile, leads with nine dead in Israel while relegating some 180 children killed by the U.S. in a girls’ school in Minab to a footnote.
This is what the legacy media machine looks like in wartime. It has always looked like this. And it is exactly why we launched Drop Site less than two years ago.
We can only continue to grow our impact and amplify Drop Site’s work if readers like you decide that our journalism is worth funding. Every dollar of your tax-deductible support goes directly into our reporting. It directly funds our reporters, researchers, translators, and the journalism the establishment media has abandoned.
Will you help us fight back against the war machine’s narrative?

The Difference Is the Reporting
While Weiss and CBS were manufacturing consent for this war, Drop Site has had reporters on the ground reporting the facts. In just the last week:
  • Reza Sayah reported from Tehran on a double-tap bombing that killed over 20 people at a popular square during Ramadan, connecting the tactic to U.S. strikes in Afghanistan, and Israel’s genocidal attacks on Gaza.
  • Drop Site correspondent reported from Minab, where a missile struck a girls’ elementary school and killed 180 children, and from Lamerd, where a sports hall full of teenage girls was bombed during practice. We were among the first outlets on the ground verifying the strike in Minab as U.S. and Israeli propagandists sought to deny and deflect.
  • We have consistently obtained exclusive information from senior Iranian officials who have contradicted claims by Trump, claims that have just as consistently fallen apart under scrutiny.
  • We exposed the fabricated CIA narrative about “tracking Khamenei for months” to his secret location — his secret location was his office, and he had refused to relocate.

This is the journalism your support directly funds. Not journalism that outsources its editorial judgment to think tanks or runs stories by their corporate overlords. Journalism from correspondents on-the-ground—and reporters with real sources. We answer to our readers and no one else.
They can’t silence reporting they can’t control — unless we run out of resources to keep doing it. Can you make a tax-deductible gift right now to make sure we keep going?

Where else are you getting deep investigations into war crimes documented in real time? Where else are you getting on-the-ground reporting that centers the voices of families, survivors, and communities that Western media treats as background noise? Where else are you hearing “the other side” and being presented with fair and accurate reporting on Iran’s perspective — featuring interviews the U.S. government doesn’t want you to hear?
Not from outlets telling you war is peace. Not from a network whose editor-in-chief got the job because of her open and shameless support for Israel’s genocide. Not from outlets rewriting the record of a war criminal under indictment at The Hague. Not from cable news handing the microphone to the same people who lied America into Iraq.

Watch CNN and MSNOW, and certain podcasters. Nothing is being hidden within their control of getting to the information and verifying it before spitting it out.
