I think its a phenomena in the industry that prior to indulging in the risky behavior like providing bare back services either receiving or giving to the clients or vice versa , the person visually inspect the body and decides whether the other person is likely carrying the std's or not .

Isn't this approval process funny and dangerous at the same time ?

If the opposite person has a boyish or girlish look the approval process even takes less time .

How much this approval process works and how much is it realistic ?

Really? A different game? Have you ever had a girlfriend? Have you ever been on a date? Do you honestly think that men and women don't check out their prospective civilian partners' organs for lesions or warts, before getting busy? Maybe more discretion is used than some pros might, but believe me, visual inspections take place every time civilians fuck. Maybe someday you'll get a woman to lie down for you for free, and see what I mean.

I feel like I'm just hitting my head off a wall when I say this, but its important, so I'll say it again. You can not tell is someone has an STI just by looking at them. Viruses and bacteria can still be present on the genitals and mouth without yet having formed into lesions or warts. For example, the herpes prodome phase (just before the lesion forms) is highly contagious and invisible to the human eye. If you have bare oral you're rolling the dice. Is it worth the risk? You decide. I've done my homework and spoke to my doctor. I only do safe oral.
