Scroll to the download options box. Hover your mouse pointer just past the blue MPEG4 link until a white downward-pointing arrow inside a blue ellipse appears. Right-click the arrow -> 'save link as'.
On this page, you could also reduce the playback speed of the online compressed version. Hover your mouse pointer over the video preview window while the video is playing. Click on the gear icon to open settings, click on the clock icon, then select 25%, 50% or 75%.
Still frame screen caps from the compressed version would be poor quality, but they would probably look excellent, from the HD.
