I read page 48-52 (Section IV) of the document regarding the blame / liability of other corporate officers, and it doesn't really sound overly convincing in its arguments that people "knew" or should have known about the physically and mentally abusive and predatory behavior. I'm sure they knew that old creep Vince was having an extra marital offer with this young woman, but it seems to be quite a leap to then say others should know.

1. It is exploitation and sexual harassement for a boss to offer a job in return for sex.
2. If what she was doing was sex work, and if she was in it for the money, then he should have paid her the money he promised he would pay her. If you book a provider and won't pay her, she can actually take you to court over it. So yes, even in this case he used her in all kinds of ways, pimped her out, and then refused to pay her, what he said he would.
