For me, the "all the popular" is very debatable!
Agreed that they are hot, but after that...
There is a new administration at Vibe. It will always attract some people.
New boss, new mentality, a boss who needs people and who is maybe ready to accept some stuff to attract new gem.
Vibe had no choice, it was going down in the last months.
If you look at the current crew, yes Aspen, Alexis, Olivia, Sadie, Jade, Jesse - All the same kind of shape, all somewhere 25 y.o. (+ or -).
They are probably all buddies and have the same type of interests, that's why you saw Olivia going back to Vibe, after her short stay at CMJ, then Alexis leaving CMJ following by Aspen. I don't know anything about that Billy, so I can't comment. I guess, they are not the last ones.
But I wouldn't say that the other spas are getting empty.

I think it is also for the money, they make a little extra for their time at Vibe, if i am not mistaken, it is $20 more per hour than CMJ, and Alpha. so that might be it as well,.
I think some ladies change spas to try to regenerate some interest. When a MA stays so long at one spa, they kind of just are there after a while but when she moves, it's like she is new again so maybe the girls that move there are looking for that???
I haven't been there yet but so far I'm happy to see the change, the spa seems to be open up to 10pm now. I will be able to pay them a visit.
Some of the girls change there names and go to a new spa for a fresh start. This deceived me and I saw a ma that went from cmj to vibe. I was not a fan of her service but the body brought me back to see her unwillingly because I thought I was seeing a new girl. I actully had not a bad time with her but itbwasnt what i wanted. I'm not naming names nor am I implying that it's deliberate on the girls part. These girls I'm sure are harrased and stocked by tonnes of creepy dudes and have to start fresh to try to evade those loosers. I've heard that first hand from girls that switch names, location and numbers.
My guess. New owners, probably offering signing or other incentives to attract high level staff to quickly rebuild the interest in the spa.
MPAs face many challenges in their work which makes it difficult for them, but one advantage they have compared to the regular working Joe. is freedom of movement from one place to another with limited disruption. And if they take advantage of it good for them.
