The oldest profession in the world my A**! There's nothing professional about it when you set up the appointment the day before, take the time to prepare, leave so you can arrive a few minutes early, call just before arriving only to be told your booking is cancelled because they have someone there already! WTF! No message before hand, no courtesy call, nothing.

Why does this sh*t always seem to happen to me! Perhaps I am the only one complaining about it. When I commit to something I damn well commit, not half cocked cancelling last minute crap.

I need to find a new hobby, like bank robbing!

No point complaining mate if you don't reveal which SP did this to you. I'm happy to flag their CL ads if that makes you feel better :)

Think you ripped those words right from my lips, Bone. Precisely how I feel. And I'd be willing to bet that if you must cancel, you'd give the SP as much notice as possible. I'm guessing that, like me, you hate to burn bridges.

Kudos to you on your restraint in not naming the SP, since there probably are two sides to the story, and I'm sure you'll be glad to discuss hers ... in person.

Sometimes, I guess the SP needs to be named, and maybe sometimes bridges actually need to be burned. Which could still happen yet, but perhaps you'll come to a much more happy ending. Trust you're thinking this all through calmly with the big head.

A lot revolves around the specific SP or SPs, but from a quick glance at your story, I'm inclined to agree with Helena:

You're booking the wrong girls.

But if the SP in question is one of the right girls (and girls, you know who I mean), then cut her some slack. Don't out her.

Golden rule: Respect the ladies.

It comes back tenfold.

This is a review board and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Good or bad, what is really the point of posting anything without revealing a name?

Last week, I booked to have an oil change done and when I showed up, they had no record of my appt. The place was full and I was SOL. Now I'm not going to tell you where this happened because it's really not that important......just wanted to vent.

My whole point of this thread was as titled to allow me to vent. I couldn't very well respond to my co-workers queries about how my day was going with "well I had part of the morning off to go get laid by this real hot beautiful woman but she was busy with another guy when I was suposed to be there, and now I'm frustrated and pissed off having taken time off work for some me time and hot fun and instead been given nothing! How's your day been?"

My point was to get it off my chest and I was thinking my fellow Terbites (& maybe some SPs) would be supportive, of which most are.

Yes probably I am seeing some of the wrong girls. Sometimes, the "right girls" aren't always available. When your regulars aren't available you sometimes need to branch out. How do terbites expand the pool of "right girls" if they never venture to new ones; it's not always a win win as we all have learned.

Nice guess body4mysoul but not my type.

Personally, I have only made two cancellations in my life with an SP, both about an hour before the meeting. One due to a family crisis and the other due to a flat tire; of all things! Both of the SPs were supportive and happy to rebook me later... sh*t happens to all of us.

Yes, it does. Precisely why I haven't publicly flogged the SP in question. I believe in second chances, I have been given some over the years and believe it is only fair for me to pass them on. I have also flogged SPs before after they blew there second chances!

As for some of the PMs I have received from Terbites and SPs that want to flog me, mock me or chastise me. I have no problem contuning the PM discussions. For the SPs, a better way might be to meet me and I'll show you a more confuctive way to flog me! My only hope is you don't ostracize me.
