I suggest stock up at the dollar store, pick up womens nylons, lipstick use them to tip your female hotel staff! You will get great service. Veradaro Beach is great for couples, singles should try Havana, attainable woman everywhere. Just smile, no interaction in public, be discreet! 40-60 Cuban Pesos gets you choice chikas. Brush up on a little bit of Spanish. English speaking is no common there, stay a hotel that allows visitors. Many hotels are strick about bringing girls back to your room. Le will not bother tourists, the girls often get hassled. The Women are no shy, I just got back, can't wait to go back!

You beat me to it, but that was my thought. Go to a country to where the women are so poor, they will jump you for pocket change, and then come home to your nice safe world and smugly say how wonderful Cuba is. Ya right it is....going to that country and spending your money there is just keeping the wet dream of old Fidel alive, because if you have people willing to screw you to get toilet paper, there is SOMETHING WRONG.
