Now this is an interesting question. In some way I'm thinking, what nicer V day gift to yourself. But if you truly love/like your SO, then I suppose it depends on your own guilt threshhold ... if it's going to spoil the experience with the SP, and make you gringe when you get home and look your SO in the eye, then why waste your money. Probably better to spend it on a nice gift for her.Quaggitty said:Not a review, rather a question.
If you are married or have a SO, what are your thoughts on seeing a SP on V-Day? Is it just another day?

honestly, to me, V day or not, it's just another day! V day only stands for commercial and businesses selling everything more expensive than usual!Quaggitty said:Not a review, rather a question.

I'm not married, but seeing an SP on Valentine's day seems like about the cruelest thing you could do to your wife.Quaggitty said:If you are married or have a SO, what are your thoughts on seeing a SP on V-Day?

thinking that way, you shouldn't be even seeing sps if you are married, simple. because it's also crual to see sps any other days then.yeet said:I'm not married, but seeing an SP on Valentine's day seems like about the cruelest thing you could do to your wife.
You really shouldn't even be married if its got to the point where you're seeing an SP on Valentine's.
But I've never been married, so I may lack perspective on this.
go for a romantic walk and have ice cream and sip a coffee. that's romantic! don't need to go to a restaurant, which you probably already do every week.mauro82xxx said:to me is just another day like the others but to my wife is like "the day" and is been driving me crazy asking me what r we gonna do,i told her many times that its a surprise but in reality i have no idea where to take her,any suggestions from anyone would be nice.thanx.
That's romantic like a single white rose. Women will just interpret it as cheap.drakkkar said:go for a romantic walk and have ice cream and sip a coffee. that's romantic! don't need to go to a restaurant, which you probably already do every week.

Do a duo tomorrow and sleep like a baby.Quaggitty said:I think morraly I would have a bigger problem seeing an SP on V-Day than on a normal day. kinda stupid I guess but I think I would avoid this day kind of one day to be contrite.

i think from a moral perspective....since you bring it up...i'd feel somewhat 'guilty' on seeing an sp on our anniversary rather then any other day...mind u...even seeing an sp on my anniversary would've been time well spent (ouch) lol...Quaggitty said:I think morraly I would have a bigger problem seeing an SP on V-Day than on a normal day. kinda stupid I guess but I think I would avoid this day kind of one day to be contrite.
