All foreign lobby groups should be banned. Govt has enough problems being corrupted by domestic lobbies let alone foreign ones.

OK, so while it wasn't directly stated it was implied, both foreign and domestic are corrupting influences that should be elininated. No good comes from either PERIOD.

He's probably referring to AIPAC promoting the interests of a foreign government, Israel.

Here are some of the reasons why:

The conviction of Lawrence Franklin of espionage for Israel. He funneled secret American documents to AIPAC which turn delivered them to Israel.

Two AIPAC staffers are currently up on espionage charges related to passing American secrets to Israel.
