Did you mean " Democracy " ? If so the US was never meant to be a Democracy. The idea was abhorrent to the founding Fathers. They were modeled after a Republic. They're rights we're Universally accepted as God given for God could not be corrupted. Whereas man could. Thus Democracy is a farce and a lie. Look at what we have here in Democratic Canada. a Federal Government that garnered roughly 35% of the popular vote. And that's on a good day with all the voting scandal BS. That's a Democracy. Rule by the mob.

No democracy. It's a total farce. Every politician is bought and paid for by lobbyists.
And Canada is no democracy either. Until we get proportional representation or ranked balloting.

The only way for Canada to become a democracy for the looney left and anarchists,...is for the NDP to win with 35% of the vote.
