The drones can be used to "sniff" for different types of substances at the ground level. Given that the "buzz" around these drones are coinciding with the discussion around tariffs and securing the border, I wouldn't be surprised if they are being used/being prepared for use around the border areas to detect certain types of weapons, drugs, etc.
