Ukraine can be said to be winning this war if and when they recover any meaningful amount of the Ukrainian territory now controlled by Russia. Not before. I have seen no information to indicate that is happening, or is about to happen.

I was talking about Ukraine and how different weapons from different countries are not necessarily a good thing. Logistical and operational nightmare.
And yet Russia has all the same Russian shit and they can't find their ass with both hands, never mind a target. I never knew that 'spray and pray' was an artillery tactic! And even with a machine gun, it's the sign of a poorly trained, low morale, scared soldier.
