Can you imagine the wowan who called the cops over this, rather than just use another washroom (I'm assuming that it was a single occupant shitter)? Come on, it's 2:20 in the morning. If the dumper's occupied, why not just go home, or to the nearest all night Mickey D's?
For the money that it'll take the cops/courts to deal with the complaint and arrive at a plea bargain they could buy this complaining shrew a couple of lap dances and send her to an MP for a happy ending!
