Interesting thread, as my own observation is that Hollywood and TV have clearly moved away from traditional "model/actresses" to more "girl-next-door" types, or "flawed beauties", and I think almost every example given in this thread lines up with that perception.

Gone are the days of "Charlie's Angels", "WKRP in Cincinnati" and ""Three's Company" when true "pin-up girls" were cast as actresses.

Could be that Hollywood has correctly tapped into the tastes of the time here, given the posts on this thread, but I can't get that excited about actresses that are no more remarkable than dozens of girls I see in downtown Toronto every single day.
