Queen would run from Vic Park to Sherway Gardens.

Bloor could be extended down to Sherway and connect to an LRT running to Lakeshore. Sherway would provide the perfect terminal and Sherway Gardens would be thrilled to have it.

Jane LRT could run from Bloor north to Steeles and ST. Claire could be extended west to Jane and into the Walmart Lot (and tie in with the Jane LRT)

The point was IT IS SOIL...and it fills the ROGERS CENTRE AND THEN SOME.

The smart move is to create valuable land....and use it to offset cost of the project.
Now there's a smart idea: Fill The Rogers Centre with it!

Hong Kong was a tiny enclave surrounded by a hostile nation when they built an airport they desperately needed by dumping soil on the vast Pacific. Toronto sits on the southern edge of a vast and mostly 'empty' country. Why would you have us despoil one of the lakes we share with our neighbours, a relatively small body of water, to put an LRT in an ill-advised tunnel?

Obviously they should dump it all into the Don Valley to make a causeway across it and solve the engineering problem Emperor Rob's decree has created.
