Tsn Hd

Is it me and my equipment or have any of you notice that TSN's HD channel on Bell sucks? It seems like its stretched, unlike Sportsnet and Raptor TVHD..

I watched on thursday night RaptorHD channel and they had on their the TNT basketball and the picture was perfect, but TSNHD doesn't broadcast in 16:9 or am i doing something wrong?

Any thoughts guys?

I watched the Leaf game last night on CBCHD and it looked great (except we lost) But again for some reason TSNHD doesn't look good at all. Anyone else have this problem. Hope I have posted this in the right area...

I use Rogers, but I know what you mean. TSNHD has always been worse then the others. I don't know why. I think it might be budget. Ted Rogers probably shelled out more dough for a better camera system, I am not sure about that, but it does make sense. TSN is owned by ESPN I think, and they probably don't fund their Canadian counterpart as well as Mr. Rogers would his own domestic brand of sporting television. I am not 100% sure, but that is just my opinion.

Yes TSN is owned by ESPN and a little company called Bell But why they haven't spent the $$$ to get the right technology is beyond me.

Sunday Night Football looked good on TSN HD last night. The only problem was they missed the first 15 minutes of the game showing exciting early round coverage of the curling trials we were all breathless for. SWEEP! HURRY! HARD!

Curling outdraws everything else on TSN, believe it or not.

I love curling. I would watch the Brier over any monday night football game. Maybe not the Super Bowl, but any monday night game.

yes the Game was good but they only picked up ESPN's feed it wasn't their own, thats why it looks good. When they broadcast their own hockey games in HD it sucks. I think they stretch it.
