I'd agree that Trump by saying what he said has made himself a bigger
global bully than all of the past American presidents. Nothing shocking
to political leaders who already has a good grasp of Trump's bizarre character.
They must know Trump is an outliner and an abbreviation in the pantheon of
past and future American presidents. The world can survive Trump because
he has at most no more than 4 years to carry on bullying of the world.
I really don't think anyone knows for sure which way the military would break.
I strongly suspect it depends on the details and context of the order.
