I think Trump has about 45 lawyers on stand by and Biden has about 40 lawyers ready. It must be a great time to be a lawyer in 2020.

Yeah, but 30 of Trump's lawyers will be dealing with his tax fraud, DNA requests, ongoing enquires, etc.

It's not how many lawyers you have, it's how persuasive they are to the court you'll be appearing before.

So far the Trump lawyers haven't been very persuasive...they've been getting shit kicked in the courts with their voter suppression attempts...they've lost almost every one.

Competent litigation strategy is not completely focussed on winning in court. Do you think those losses have motivated Trump voters? I do. Might have been worse for Trump had he won (at least at the lower courts)!

Hopefully it will all change when the Dems pack the courts after/if Trump loses. You know the old saying, "payback's a bitch".
In the US, it's always the people who deliver the ultimate payback. I think Dems would find that packing the court would come at an enormous political cost.

Do you think challenging every state's voting process to suppress voters rights have motivated Biden supporters? I do.

CNN tells us continuously that all the Biden voters have already voted by mail or other forms of early voting. If that's true, there's no one left to motivate, unless the motivation you're talking about is the motivation to riot, rather than the motivation to vote.

Bingo. And I'll take Jay Sekulow over pretty much any lawyer for the Dems.

What cost? How would a Joe Schmoe even understand what court packing is?

Well what do you expect. The USA has a dual justice system, one in which the courts, the FBI and the DOJ favour the elite Democrats and another system for the rest of the deplorables that live in the USA

Let’s see how the decisions the SCOTUS makes...so far so good with some election issues, but if they start making decisions with an obvious political bias, than America will welcome evening up the 6-3 Court makeup.
