This gag order against President Trump is illegal and unconstitutional. You simply don’t put a gag order on a criminal defendant to muzzle him during a trial like they’re doing to Trump, especially when that defendant is a presidential candidate. If there’s anyone on the planet who needs the constitutional right to speak out against the judge, the prosecutor, and the potential biases in the process, it’s the criminal defendant. The
