Nightmare news, Netflix has dropped out of the bid for Warner Bros, it will now be owned by the Ellison family. They already own Paramount and CBS, they're not exactly making money by going far right. The good news is that Trump is totally protected from the Epstein files, CNN will be under Bari Weiss's kill switch just like 60 Minutes. America - America is The Axis of Evil.

Let's focus on the facts we know without spin and conjecture.
1) Paramount outbid Netflix for Warner Bros. Discovery. WBD shareholders win.
2) Netflix stock went up a lot after they bowed out.
3) Paramount stock went up on this news.
Shareholders of all three companies seem to be happy with the outcome.
If that itself isn't enough, a Paramount/Warner Bros. Discovery combination should be a stronger competitor in content, production and distribution including streaming.
The political noise is just that "noise".

The Ellison's paid $110 billion for WB, that is reckless to the point of stupidity. Great move by Netflix, they don't to stanch the money bleed. Now Skydance owns Tik Tok, CBS,Paramount and Warner Bros, but they don't have a license to print money. So far Paramount hasn't had a profitable quarter, WB will need half a dozen Barbie's to justify the sale. At least they can diligently protect Alexander the Great, no one will be allowed to besmirch his spotless integrity. I wonder how Kaitlin Collins and Briana Keilar will react to Bari Weiss's kill switch?
I hope David Zaslav gets smallpox.
